Information Transfer takes responsibility for delivering. We are dedicated to exceeding the expectations of our clients, and we have a 25-year record of doing just that.
Below are a few of our recent projects.
Arts Council England
Since 2005, Information Transfer has been creating e-learning for Arts Council England to support the development of core skills and competencies. Working in areas such as induction, performance management and recruitment, we work closely with Arts Council to encapsulate their vision and values in engaging and effective learning. We integrate learning design, visual identity, content creation and proven technology to deliver outstanding bespoke content.
"Information Transfer's strength is their ability to work in partnership with our organisation. Their skills, knowledge and creativity work in harmony with our culture and goals."
Priory Group
Working closely with Priory, we have created a unique and extensive online learning programme for its 5000 employees, called Foundations for Growth. It includes more than 30 e-learning modules, a bespoke Learning Management System, offline activities, videos and a range of other communication and training resources. The success of the programme has been reflected in enthusiastic take-up by staff, measurable performance improvements, reduction in training costs and praise from regulatory authorities.

"We are thrilled with the way Information Transfer interpreted our brief. The sophistication of the system and the interactive learning blew me away. I'm massively impressed."
KPMG
Keeping 4000 audit staff up-to-date with professional and technical developments presents KPMG with a pressing training challenge. Our ability to rapidly assimilate complex information and translate it into engaging learning allows KPMG to deliver a rolling quarterly programme of audit updates (e-learning modules and information resources). Working with complex content against very tight deadlines, we provide a flexible and responsive solution, with no compromise on accuracy or quality.
"The excellent results we have achieved are based on continuing investment in our people and the expansion of the range and quality of our services."
Bayer HealthCare
Bayer HealthCare commissioned Information Transfer to develop a blended learning solution for Bayer's hospital representatives and marketing personnel. The blended approach incorporated printed booklets, 'e-guides' and group training sessions for Bayer's new cannabis medicine, Sativex. The use of novel animation and an engaging approach helped the sales force get to grips with complex biological processes and a new therapeutic area.
"They have demonstrated sound technical capabilities, enthusiasm for our product and an innovative and flexible approach to working. They have been a pleasure to work with."
Queen's Medical Centre
Information Transfer developed a learning management system for QMC, one of the largest hospitals in Europe. We also assisted QMC in its deployment, offering training courses and support for administrators, as well as handling the integration with their existing IT infrastructure. QMC's trainers are now able to author their own e-learning courses, using Information Transfer's authoring tool, Seminar Author.
"The tools Information Transfer provided went way beyond our expectations. But the key to the successful outcome has been the close personal relationship we have established with Information Transfer - there has been genuine rapport."
Hamptons International
Hamptons International have an ongoing need to keep up to date with regulations such as Home Information Packs. They also face the training challenges resulting from continued growth, widespread locations and staff turnover. Our Knowledge Centre LMS provides an efficient, rapidly deployed solution, delivering specialist bespoke e-learning content. An ongoing content partnership with Information Transfer ensures quick response to changes in government policy and efficient turn-around.
"Having worked with other online learning providers in previous roles, I have been hugely impressed with Information Transfer's technology and training materials. The feedback from our business has been overwhelmingly positive."
Organon
Information Transfer has produced outstanding bespoke blended learning for Organon internationally on a range of drugs, including all their contraceptive and fertility products. As a trusted partner, we have developed effective training on complex product knowledge content, which is business-critical for pharmaceutical companies, who need to maintain the performance of their field sales reps. Training is delivered on our Knowledge Centre LMS, and very high approval ratings have made it a model for other Organon affiliates.

Superquinn
Multiple sites, a complex working environment and long opening hours present this Irish supermarket group with a significant training challenge. To meet that challenge, we used our proven experience at driving adoption of e-learning to create an award-winning solution for Superquinn. Stakeholder engagement, communications planning, a strong identity and a successful pilot all helped embed the e-learning materials we created. The result - a new channel for learning, enthusiastically adopted and delivering management targets.
Winners of the E-learning Awards 2007 "Best e-learning programme securing widespread adoption."
"It has managed to develop that rarest of things, a real appetite amongst the employees for more training and knowledge, which is a fantastic attribute for any learning system."
