“I was amazed how quickly [Information Transfer] helped us go from being ‘on the outside of the woods’ to adapting very quickly to e-learning. [Information Transfer] has the ability to get people to understand and make it easy. They overcome problems, and are very dynamic. I like the fact we had a small team working with us and everyone was on it.

“It is a great and rewarding experience to work with Information Transfer. Our first hand experience showed them to be a very professional set up. Their writers are experienced in translating complex scientific and clinical material into easy to understand and effective learning content. They take great care in ensuring the accuracy of the material and deliver the material on time. We found them highly accommodating to the time constraints of busy academics and clinicians.“

Magnox Case Study

Magnox

Magnox is responsible for decommissioning five nuclear sites for the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. In order to develop their expertise in project management and decrease the long-term cost of training, we worked with Magnox subject matter experts to create bespoke e-learning on their Project Management Process, a complex subject that required specialist skills in managing technical content.

Following the success of this course, we developed a suite of modules on Defuelling, Decommissioning and Technology. The new modules give technical experts, engineers and business staff a better understanding of the issues central to the decommissioning process and how these relate to Magnox sites.

Sk:n Clinics Case Study

sk:n Clinics

Information Transfer partnered with sk:n clinics to help them achieve a very real commercial goal – to increase sales of their cosmeceutical products. Our deliverable was a suite of e-learning materials aimed at improving product knowledge and instilling confidence among sk:n’s specialist clinic staff.

Our experienced consultants collaborated closely with sk:n to create the modules, distilling product information and sk:n processes into a clear, logical and interactive story. The training took learners through a customer-aligned journey from initial consultation to treatment and product support. The success of the programme has been reflected in enthusiastic uptake by staff, measurable performance improvements, reduction in training costs and an eagerness for more.
