Information Transfer welcomes two new members to the team

Joann Leeding joins Information Transfer as an experienced writer and editor, to help meet an increasing demand for high quality, bespoke content for off- and online training solutions.

Joann has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow and a postgraduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

After completing her degree, Joann worked on the editorial team at the Royal Society of Chemistry, editing primary research journals, before moving to Cambridge University Press. She then spent over ten years in various roles at CUP, including Direct Marketing Manager, responsible for writing induction materials and training modules for internal use. Most recently she has been working as a freelance marketing consultant and writer.

With her science background, Joann understands the importance of accurate information and is skilled at turning complex subject matter into engaging training content.

Joann is also passionate about inspiring an interest in the sciences among young people, and is a volunteer Science Ambassador working with the local STEMNET organisation in promoting science to school pupils.

Pam White has been in the pharmaceutical industry for over 20 years. She joins Information Transfer to support the team developing training and product knowledge materials for a growing list of clients.

With a background in Nursing and Midwifery, Pam went into pharmaceuticals initially as a Medical Representative, Nurse Adviser and Project Manager. She then moved into sales and product training, holding positions in the UK, South Africa and South East Asia. She returned to the UK in 2001 and established her own successful consultancy and training company.

Pam's breadth of experience in pharmaceuticals and healthcare will make an invaluable contribution to Information Transfer's portfolio. She will initially be working with GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, one of the company's long term clients, and supporting the team working with current clients, including Trinity-Chiesi, Lundbeck and Abbott.
