e-learning for e-state agents - Knight Frank selects Information Transfer's Knowledge Centre

Leading property consultancy Knight Frank has selected Information Transfer's Knowledge Centre e-learning management system as its online training platform, following exhaustive research of the market.

The Centre will provide a powerful channel of communication and a library of information to support the firm's staff in their work. With people scattered far and wide across the UK, the Knowledge Centre is an ideal medium for delivering training. Anyone with access to the internet or the firm's intranet will be able to sign on to their personal training page to run courses and view their progress records.

But structured training is only part of the picture. The Knowledge Centre software is designed to deliver all kinds of information and communication material: bulletins, updates, reports, presentations and brochures - in fact anything that an estate agent might find helpful or interesting, and in any format: Word document, PowerPoint, PDF, Flash, weblinks, spreadsheet, sound or video.

A library of training material is being developed, starting with courses on the Money Laundering Regulations and the Property Misdescriptions Act. Knight Frank are confident that this approach will ensure all staff have access to best practice training while making best use of training budgets.
