Joanna Burnett
Before joining Information Transfer, Joanna was Director of Development and Delivery at Netcall, an innovative software house specialising in web and call centre communication solutions.
Practical and pragmatic, she has hands-on experience of all aspects of product lifecycle, from programming and database design, through to building, installing and commissioning hardware, and system maintenance, support, documentation and training.
She most enjoys the analytical part of her role, targeting key drivers and finding ways to measure and demonstrate the teams' performance improvements. Having managed the implementation and support of 24x7 systems for numerous blue-chip clients, she has an energetic and client-focused approach, and appreciates the business value of getting things "right first time".
Joanna's degree was in Russian and Czech. She sees all good communication as a process of translation - gathering and understanding one's source information, before producing it afresh for the target audience.
