OffPAT
The Office of Project and Programme Advice and Training assists their member organisations as they evaluate and deliver programmes that support government targets and Regional Economic Strategies. OffPAT recently teamed up with Information Transfer to develop an online delivery system and set of e-learning materials to assist member organisations get to grips with challenging subjects including State Aid and de minimis regulations. Each course consists of a learning section, an assessment and an online survey. Delivered via the Web, the OffPAT Learning Centre provides members with consistent and accessible advice, no matter where they are based.
