Information Transfer worked closely with senior leaders at CMG to create "Fulfilling Potential", a unique and extensive training programme for its 2,000 employees. Fulfilling Potential includes more than 16 e-learning modules, a computer-delivered induction video, and a blend of offline activities, all managed and delivered through an Information Transfer designed bespoke learning management system.
Each element was designed to reinforce CMG's core values and to closely fit their internal policies and procedures.
Information Transfer facilitated a planning phase at the outset of the project with a working group from CMG. We explored CMG's vision and goals, the uniqueness of their people, training and content requirements and their internal infrastructure. This critical phase helped fit the training programme to the organisation and ensured Fulfilling Potential had manager buy-in from the start.
Staff have praised Fulfilling Potential some calling it 'the best initiative they have seen'. Managers are thrilled with the cost savings, performance improvements and clear reporting for regulatory compliance.
